Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on high quality at Linen and Fork and customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, please contact us within 24 hours on 0484 575 401 or if overnight, email us at info@linenandfork.com. We will call you within 24 hours or the next business day. If outside business hours, please refrigerate the product.

Event Cancellations


In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your event prior to the date of service, then:

  • you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit, less any bank transaction charges, if the event was cancelled with at least 72 hours notice successfully provided to Linen and Fork team by phone or email to accounts@linenandfork.com
  • If you cancel within 72 hours, then you will forfeit your entire deposit. Understandably, our team will have already committed time and costs to the order and production of your purchases and those costs will need to be offset.

The Linen and Fork team appreciate that from time to time, these circumstances will arise. Our recommended policy is to pick up the phone to us to work through any unforeseen circumstances.

Return of ‘Click & Collect’ goods


Returned food goods must be delivered to us unconsumed or you may not be eligible for a refund. If the quality issue resulted from tasting, then please return the remainder. Please note that we cannot accept returns made more than 24 hours after the original delivery date. Please note that products cannot be returned due to a customer’s change of mind or incorrect choice.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery. Please ensure that you bring your original receipt of goods for the products in question.
