Order and Delivery Information
If you are booking catering for your corporate or special event, then the following information will help you quickly and easily arrange your event.
Hours of Operation
- If you wish to place an order, please contact us by phone or email during our normal hours of operation. They are Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5.00pm.
- Orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the following business day. Please call us on 0484 575 401 or email to info@linenandfork.com with your contact details.
Order Timings
Our current turnaround time for all orders is a minimum of 5 days and the team at Linen and Fork appreciate as much notice as possible!
Orders
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required upon your acceptance of the quote provided by Linen and Fork. Full payment will be completed upon receipt of our invoice and payable within 7 working days.
Delivery
- We deliver our products fresh to the Brisbane metropolitan area for a flat rate of $23.50 (ex GST). Please contact us if you need a delivery outside this area.
- We deliver your order in refrigerated boxes using our fabulous Linen and Fork delivery drivers. They take great care with your products and keep your order fresh.
Delivery - All deliveries must to be a home or business address and we will need to be met by someone at the location on the day to receive the ordered goods. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. That could cause us all sorts of problems!
How to order and plan your event
To help you plan your online order and delivery we have included some information here for you to consider:
- The type and style of food that you would like to see
- The packaging options you prefer, to ensure health and safety procedures are being followed. Please note that individual packaging of food is now a necessary requirement for all food delivery.
- The number of orders that you would like to select and any special dietary requirements for any of your attendees. Our team have heard it all and can cover the entire range of options! Our advice is not to underestimate the number of people who are likely to want a special type of meal.
- The preferred timings for delivery and any contact details or security passes for loading docks in office blocks.
- Refrigeration – because of the new requirements for individual packaging, overall volume tends to be a little larger, so you should think about your refrigeration options.
Cancellations – Full Refund
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your event prior to the date of service, then:
- you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit, less any bank transaction charges, if the event was cancelled with at least 72 hours notice successfully provided to Linen and Fork team by phone or email to accounts@linenandfork.com
- If you cancel within 72 hours, then you will forfeit your entire deposit. Understandably, our team will have already committed time and costs to the order and production of your purchases.
